The City Club of Central Oregon encourages ongoing discussion about issues of importance to the Central Oregon region. CivilSay was designed to encourage people with very different viewpoints to sit down and talk with each other about issues that matter. By holding to the principles for the conversations you will be able to discuss various views, learn from others, and demonstrate that we can address important issues as a community. Several CivilSay groups regularly convene to discuss the various viewpoints that exist in our community. Members and non-members are encouraged to join a CivilSay group and be part of the conversation. In addition, an CivilSay website has been developed to communicate whatis happening with CivilSay groups and allow for participation in a discussion when attendance at a group meeting is not possible.
