Sharp, Robyn: Robyn has a diverse background in the non-profit and educational sector. She recently supported OSU-Cascades Campus as Director of Development with the Oregon State University Foundation. She served the Oregon School Activities Association as Assistant Executive Director and held positions as Assistant Women's Basketball Coach and Associate Athletics Director at Oregon State University. She also served as Assistant Commissioner in the Big Eight Conference in Kansas City, Missouri. Robyn has a BS in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and minor in Behavioral Science. Additionally, she was a four-year starter for the OSU women's basketball team.

Broderick, Larry: Larry is CEO and Founder of Broderick & Associates Inc. a consulting firm closely allied with the health care industry in providing services in labor relations and employee relations. He is also owner and CEO of Continuum Executive Search, a healthcare recruiting firm and of World Nurse Solutions/World Therapy Solutions a firm that recruits registered nurses and Physical Therapists in foreign countries for employment to meet the needs in the USA. Larry earned his BS degree in Political Science at University of Oregon. He has been married to Corinne Broderick for 38 years and has three grown children and two grandchildren.
Clarno, Bev: Born on the Oregon Coast and raised in Central Oregon, Bev - the mother of four children - became the first woman east of the Cascades to be elected to the State legislature in 1988 and the second woman in Oregon's history to become the Speaker of the Oregon House of Representatives in 1995. She was elected to serve in the Oregon Senate in 2000 and was elected Senate Republican Leader in 2002. In 2003 Bev was appointed by President Bush as the Region 10 Director for Health and Human Services in Seattle Washington. After retirement Bev came back to Central Oregon and was elected to serve a 1 year term as Deschutes County Commissioner in 2005. Bev and her husband Ray have a ranch east of Bend and reside in Redmond. Bev is a pilot, enjoys golf, her grandchildren and restoring the Clarno Grange Hall at Clarno, Oregon.
Clausen, Debbie: For the past five years, Debbie has worked with organizations in the non-profit sector including arts and entertainment and executive career transitions. She is currently serving as a Facilitator for Opportunity Knocks and is a member of the Bend Art, Beautification and Culture Commission. She also serves on the board of Meadowlark Manor. Prior to moving to Bend, she served as Art Commission President for the City of Richland, WA. Debbie has extensive experience as a senior executive, team builder and change agent. Debbie served as a Management Consultant, helping Fortune 500 companies improve operational processes and as Senior Vice President with NationsBank (currently, Bank of America). She also owned a travel management company. She has an MBA from the University of Washington and a BS degree from the University of Oregon.
Hacker, Stephen K.: Stephen is a founding partner and CEO of Transformation Systems International, LLC, and serves as a Board Member of The Performance Center. He consults diverse organizations throughout the world, has authored many books and is a sought after keynote speaker. Previously, Stephen was Executive Director of the Performance Center, a multi-university research group with a focus on organizational performance. Prior to this role, he served as a senior leader with Procter and Gamble for seventeen years.

Johnson, Ted: Ted is a Senior Vice President and the Bend Area Manager for Bank of the Cascades in Bend. He began his professional career with Arthur Andersen in Portland, Oregon prior to practicing Mergers & Acquisitions law in Portland and Detroit, Michigan for 12 years. In 2001, Ted relocated to Sisters and joined Bank of the Cascades. He has a BS in Business from Oregon State University and a JD from Seattle University.
Jordan, Andy: Andy has been in law enforcement for almost 30 years, recently retiring from his position as Chief of Police in Bend, Oregon. Andy began his career in Fresno, California while attending California State University, Fresno, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Criminology. Andy is a graduate of the F.B.I. National Academy for police executives. Andy was actively involved in promoting excellence in law enforcement through his Board seats for the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training, Oregon Accreditation Alliance and Oregon Association of Chiefs of Police. Locally Andy has been an advocate for children's issues and has been a Board member of the KIDS Center, Local Public Safety Coordinating Council, 9-1-1 Executive Board, Mt. Bachelor Rotary Club, and Central Oregon Law Enforcement Services. Andy is married to Marcia Morgan, Ph.D., and has two grown daughters and two granddaughters.
Lussier, James T.: Jim is founder and principle consultant of The Lussier Center/TLC. The Lussier Group/TLC focuses on the quest for personal and organizational performance excellence through the development of governance and leadership skills. Jim is an active member of numerous boards and commissions, including the Board of Directors of Cascade Healthcare Community (CHC), where he served as President/CEO until 2004. CHC operates St. Charles Medical Center, a regional referral center serving central and eastern Oregon and St. Charles Medical Center – Redmond, Oregon. Jim has been employed and active in health care for 36 years.
Nelson, Doug: Doug is the recently retired superintendent of the Bend-La Pine Schools culminating a 38-year career in public education – the last 8 in Central Oregon. He previously was the superintendent in Pullman, Washington before moving to Bend. Doug also held leadership positions in several other Washington school districts and has been involved with a variety of professional and civic organizations. Doug received his B.A. in History from Whitman College, Master’s Degree in Education Administration from the University of Puget Sound, Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Seattle University. Locally, Doug is the Chair of the Mid Oregon Credit Union Board and has been involved in several other organizations. He is starting an executive coaching practice associating with Golden Visions and Associates. He is married to Virginia, and they have 3 grown daughters.
Schell, Jim: Jim started four successful businesses over a twenty-five year entrepreneurial career in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the fourth growing to $25 million in sales and 200 employees. After selling the fourth business he began a writing career and has authored six published books, the fifth of which, Small Business for Dummies, is currently one of the nation's best selling books on small business. Jim has also written web content for Microsoft and appears frequently on Small Business School, a weekly PBS program. Jim founded Opportunity Knocks in 1996, a Bend-based, 250-member small business assistance organization. In July 2007, Jim made a jump to the non-profit sector and is now the Executve Director of Central Oregon Partnership, an organization which strives to inluence the positive development of Central Oregon by reducing the root causes of poverty.
Schneider, Peter: Peter held senior positions in international finance in San Francisco and London prior to moving to Central Oregon in 1996. While living in Sunriver he was active in community activities including serving as President of the Sunriver Christian Fellowship and the men's golf club. He also served on several committees for the Sunriver Homeowner's Association and helped author the community's first long range plan. Peter has a BA in Philosophy from Denison University in Granville Ohio and an MBA from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. Since moving to Bend, he has begun consulting work with local non-profits offering advice on grants, boards, organization and finance.
Telfer, Chris: Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and has lived in Bend for 30 years. Following the sale of her compliance CPA practice, Chris started a new CPA practice called “Anser” servicing nonprofits. Chris currently is a Bend City Councilor and the owner of 3 other businesses. Chris serves on 20 boards of various community and nonprofit organizations including the Economic Development of Central Oregon, Bend Rotary Club, Cursillo Community of Eastern Oregon, Bend Chamber’s Executive Committee of the Nonprofit Council, City Club of Central Oregon and Celebrate Bend Foundation. She chairs the City of Bend’s Financial Committee, Chairs the Bend Urban Renewal Agency, is past chair of the Budget Committee of the Bend-LaPine School District and is a Facilitator for Opportunity Knocks.
