2008 Annual Meeting and Forum

On November 20th the City Club of Central Oregon will conduct its Annual Meeting to elect members to the Board of Directors for 2009 and to fill the position of President Elect for 2009.  The Nominations Committee has presented the following slate of nominees for one officer position and five Board positions:

Doug Nelson (President Elect)

Chris Telfer (incumbent Board position 1)
Sharon Leighty (Board position 2)
Andy Jordan (incumbent Board position 3)
Debbie Clausen (Incumbent Board position 4)
Tim Malone (Board position 7)

Bylaw 4.4 Election also stipulates that additional nominations may be made from the floor by City Club members.

Members will vote on President Elect and five Board positions by written ballot on November 20th.  Please click on the candidate's name for a link to a short introduction to each candidate.

Our Future Financial and Economic Landscapes

At the conclusion of the City Club business meeting and election, the City Club will welcome Roger Lee, Executive Director for Economic Development for Central Oregon, and two panelists from Wells Fargo Private Bank; Jeff Savage, Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Investments and Wes Wright, Vice President and Private Client Advisor. The City Club Forum will begin at 11:30 a.m. on November 20th and conclude at 1:00 p.m. The Forum will be conducted at St. Charles Center for Health and Learning at 2600 Neff Road in Bend, Oregon.
