Membership Dues Refund Policy:
It is the policy of the City Club that refunds for membership will be provided in full for any member who submits a written request for refund within two months of membership activation.
The City Club will refund half the membership fee if requested to do so in writing within six months of membership activation.
The City Club will not refund any part of membership dues after six months of membership activation.
In membership categories that allow for membership of more than one member, a written request for refund will deactivate membership for all members assigned that membership.
Event / Ticket Refund Policy:
The City Club will not refund any event or ticket fees regardless of whether the member(s) attend(s) the event or not. When the payment is received, the sale is final.
